On Building in Public
I have chosen to keep a modest corner of the internet where I can gather my work, experiments, and writing in one place. It is a deliberate, if gradual, effort. My experiments with online writing began long ago with Google Blogger, after Rediffblogs shut down. For a while I maintained my own site, until I let the domain lapse and it was claimed by someone else. Life and work intervened, and I continued on Blogger. When Substack came along, I moved part of my writing there.
For years, most of my side projects and research remained in private repositories or on local drives. Exposing even a portion of it publicly has already helped clarify my thinking. One day this laptop will be wiped clean or sold on. I would like to believe that a few of these notes might survive a little longer in the expanding digital commons, even as it fills up with AI-generated content.
This site is kept deliberately simple. The blog posts are plain Markdown files. Projects are selected by hand. The resume is a PDF that gets updated when I get around to it. I have a day job that remains my primary responsibility, and I ask for your understanding on that front.
If you are reading this, thank you. I hope something here proves useful or interesting.
